Community Law Service has now produced the Annual Achievements report for 2024/25 highlighting the work of the Charity through the past year. The report showcases the exceptional outcomes achieved by the team and provides case studies to bring to life the impact and achievements. We really hope you will take a little time to take a look! £8.8million additional income secured for local residents

Sarah Hayle, Chief Executive says “We have continued to see real challenges for our local community through this year, however we are proud to be here for those who need advice. Continued delivery of local, face to face casework and advice means we build trust and confidence ensuring our clients remain engaged with us until their issues are concluded.
We are very thankful to our networks and partnerships which enrich our offer with a wealth of support and enable us to reach many more people. Community Law Service is extremely grateful to our funders, some new this year, but several have supported the charity for many years. This year has seen us move into a 10th year of funding from the British Gas Energy Trust. In 2024/25 this funding work on almost 3500 individual matters, securing additional income of over £4.7million and managing debts totalling £10.9 million.“
