POST:                              ENERGY ADVISER (trainee considered)- Crisis and Resilience Fund

HOURS:                           28 hours per week

SALARY:                          £19,823 – £23,170 per annum dependent on experience.

OFFICE BASE:                 123 Midland Road, Wellingborough (initially working from 49-53 Hazelwood Road Northampton if training required)

ACCOUNTABLE TO:       Benefit Manager

Purpose of post:  To deliver energy advice to residents living in North Northamptonshire to reduce energy costs, reduce energy arrears, improve confidence in managing household budgets, address any financial crisis, reduce the risk of future crisis and build financial resilience.

For candidates requiring training, you will receive both in-house and external energy advice training, followed by a period of mentoring once you commence giving advice to clients.  Whilst much of the initial training will be delivered in-house there will also be external training.
