The Project

Thanks to funding from West Northamptonshire Council, Community Law Service and Northamptonshire Rights & Equality Council (NREC) are working in partnership to deliver West Northamptonshire Immigration Advice Service. 

The advice and information is available to residents of West Northamptonshire and is:

·         free

·         independent

·         confidential

·         accredited

Working together, our Immigration advisers support people in our local community with immigration queries and applications.  Both organisations are accredited by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner giving peace of mind that the advice is quality assured.

Free Advice is available on :-

• Visitor VISAs
• Applications covering extensions of stay and settlement under Appendix ECAA
• Points based immigration System applications
• Spouse/unmarried partners’ route

And much more.
