The Project

Thanks to an initial grant from Northampton Town Council, we set up delivering advice at Northampton Gateway Centre with support from the Northampton Bangladeshi Association.

This initially ran on a trial basis. The first 12 months were highly successful with 65 individuals being supported to secure a total increase in income of £250,704

Our advisor is continuing to attend at the Gateway Centre every fortnight on a Tuesday to see those in need of advice due to financial challenges,  this is now being funded by Community Law Service from our British Gas Energy Trust Grant.  These sessions are by appointment only.  Anyone wishing to make an appointment can speak to Hasna at the Centre, who will gladly book an appointment.
