Service delivery during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Latest News

During the pandemic we adapted our service delivery in light of government guidelines and to keep our staff and service users safe. Subject to any further restrictions we are now working towards re-establish our previous opening times and access to our various services in the community. As yet we have only one drop-in session re-instated which is for Debt advice at the One Stop Shop, the Guildhall in Northampton . We hope to offer more drop-in sessions at our other offices as soon as possible. All of our services can be  accessed by telephone throughout the week and we are open for enquiries at our Advice  Centre in Hazelwood Road, Northampton. For our telephone and office opening hours please see the our current Opening Times page on this website. If you are facing repossession or eviction we are able to provide advice and representation at court.

From October 2021 we will be operating the following opening hours:

Northampton, Hazelwood Road – Monday – Thursday 10am – 2pm.

Northampton, Guildhall –  Monday 11-30 – 2-30; Tuesday 9-30am – 12-30 (Debt drop in 10am – 12-30pm); Thursday 9-45 – 1-45

Rushden – Wednesday  10am – 2pm

There will be no other Drop-In advice sessions at any of our offices or outreach venues until further notice.

We are continuing to  provide our specialist advice provision by telephone or email during these difficult times .
