Challenging PIP Benefit Decisions Training Course

An intermediate level training course on challenging benefit decisions - focusing on Personal Independence Payment and including information on the Mandatory Reconsideration and appeals process

A half day training course providing advisors with information about the processes for challenging benefit decisions, with a focus on Personal Independence Payments. Participants will develop understanding and confidence of how to challenge benefit decisions through reviews, mandatory reconsiderations and appeals.

A good knowledge of the Personal Independence Payment criteria is needed to get the most from this training course.

This training course will be run by one of our experienced team of trainers, who each have many years experience of working as caseworkers and dealing with complex benefit issues from claims advice through to assisting claimants to challenge and appeal decisions.
