Community Law Service (Northampton and County) offers a low cost fee paying Immigration Advice Service for those clients who are not eligible for Legal Aid but who still wish to use our services
All people with a gross income of £2,657pm (as per Legal Help regulations) will be subject to the fees below
OR
Any person who is over the £733pm disposal income (as per Legal Help regulations) by £10 to £100 will get free initial advice for 1/2hr only.
Persons over the limit by £500 to £750 will receive fees at a 20% discount for the fixed fees set out below. Any person above this disposal income limit will have to pay the following fees.
Advice Only:
1/2 Hr basic advice at interview: a fixed fee of £60 + VAT
OR
General Advice to include an hour interview together with a confirmation of advice in writing of £150 + VAT
Applications:
Entry Clearance applications. Work to include completing an application in full, together with confirmation of advice on the application and documents to lodge with the application in writing: cost £450 + VAT
Variation of Leave applications (in-country) to include completing an application to the Home Office and lodging the same with them. To confirm the outcome when this is made by the Home Office: cost £450 + VAT
Complex Immigration Applications such as the long residence rule, domestic violence and/or concessions outside of the rules. Work would include completing and lodging application with the Home Office. Confirming the outcome of the application with you: cost £750 inc VAT makes a total of £881.75
Registration and naturalisation applications.Work would include completing and lodging the appropriate application with the Home Office.Thereafter confirming the outcome of the application with you: £450cost + VAT .
Asylum applications (including fresh claims).Work to include taking a full and complete statement; lodging and assisting with documentation; confirm the outcome of the application: cost £750 plus VAT
Application for Leave to Remain (ILR/FLR).Work to include completing and lodging appropriate application with the Home Office and confirming the decision of application: £450cost + VAT
Travel document application.Work would include completing an application for a travel document and lodging the same with the Home Office.Confirming the outcome of the application: cost £250+ VAT
In addition to the above charges:
There will be a disbursement fee payable in addition to this quotation.We can confirm the amount when it is decided which application is to be made. Fees with the Home Office can range from £465 - £820 (which increases even further if dependents are included in the application).These are fees payable to the Home Office for your application and must be paid for a valid application to be lodged.

Payment is currently only accepted in cash, cleared cheque funds, postal and money orders.We do not accept debit or credit cards.Payment is to be made to your Immigration advisor.
